To me, selling is about serving and solving. The key is focusing on the right problem, setting a clear vision, while creating a simple solution and messaging. I’ve seen dramatic results by getting people on the same side of the table while helping everyone see around the corner toward new possibilities.
In sales since the 3rd grade, I’ve sold everything from magazine subscriptions to mega deals. I’ve led large Fortune 100 sales organizations and startups and have developed innovative capabilities and new business models from the ground up.
