it’s that time of the year. 

Each year, we pick a book we think will be valuable to share with our clients—something we think will resonate.

This year, we chose  ‘Hidden Potential’ by Adam Grant. 

Every one of us felt it was inspirational.

Not only because it aligns with our client's challenges and opportunities but also because it emphasizes the critical nature of potential - our profound ability to grow and evolve.

Growth as individuals is directly related to growth as a business. Adam Grant eloquently says, ‘Growth is not about the genius you possess—it’s about the character you develop.’

It resonates with my leadership philosophy centred on unlocking potential and growth. Like many of you, I find immense satisfaction in helping others believe in themselves and surpass their expectations.
